WHAT TO CONTACT US ABOUT
Applying for a free unit. Use the application form rather than email. It asks the questions we need answered, which saves a round trip.
Setting up or troubleshooting gates. Start with the setup guide and safety information. If those do not solve it, email us and tell us what the gates are doing.
How the gates work. The gates page covers what they measure and how accurate they are. Anything it does not answer, ask us.
Donating. See the donation page. For check donations or anything involving a grant or a foundation, email us directly.
Purchasing a set. Purchasing is handled on our separate store site, equalsplitshop.com.
Service clubs, speaking, and press. Email us. We have presented to Rotary and Kiwanis clubs and are glad to do more.
