We ship within the United States for a flat rate of $13.00 per order. Orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days: we hand-build and test every unit before it ships, so please allow 1–3 business days of handling time plus carrier transit. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Ordering from outside the US? International shipping is quoted per order — request a quote here. Import duties and taxes are collected by the carrier on delivery and are the buyer's responsibility.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the gates must be in their original condition with all included parts. To start a return, email contact@equalsplit.org with your order details and we'll send you return instructions.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer, except when the return is due to a defect or our error — in that case we cover it. Once we receive and inspect the returned unit, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Every unit is covered by a 90-day warranty. If your gates fail under normal use, we repair or replace them at no charge, including shipping both ways. If you receive a defective or damaged unit, contact us and we'll exchange it immediately.
